Fans of 2004 cult movie The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou have been begging Adidas to produce the film's iconic blue and yellow sneaker for 13 years, and it seems the German shoe wear giant has finally heard their cries. 100 pairs were released at We Love Green festival in Paris, where Brazilian musician Seu Jorge performed. Jorge gained fame in his role as Pele dos Santos in The Life Aquatic after singing made-up Portuguese covers of David Bowie songs in the movie, which were later released on the 2005 album The Life Aquatic Studio Sessions With Seu Jorge.

The sneakers have an Adidas Rom silhouette with a blue and yellow color palette, matching the visual theme of the movie, and "Zissou" replaces "Adidas" on the side of the shoe. Previously, they were briefly sold on a Wes Anderson merchandise website but weren't affiliated with the filmmaker or Twentieth Century Fox. If you're in desperate need of completing your Bill Murray and crew look, keep your eyes peeled on Ebay.
