It was really only a matter of time until someone, anyone, released a music video inspired by SoulCycle, so it's nice that Ariana Grande was the one to do it. Granted, her version sees significantly less sweating and plenty of pumps. If by chance you haven't experienced the class, then you should know this is entirely unrealistic, but makes for a fab video.

The workout-themed shoot follows in a similar vein to Kanye West's recently released video for "Fade," albeit with ten times more bubblegum pink. Here, Ariana sticks to her Candyland aesthetic, but presents it in a toned-down and highly-edited way. It's a strong sign that Grande is maturing in her artistry, while cementing herself as a pop music mainstay.

This is all without mentioning the appearance of the track's guest artist Nicki Minaj. The rapper, per usual, kills it, making a million dollar music video look like a cake walk. The duo performed the track last night at the MTV Video Music Awards and gave a live version taste of what was to come.
