Balenciaga has just announced that it will be the first brand to take over the Colette Paris stores first floor, and plans to do so in the most Balenciaga way possible. Creative director Demna Gvasalia has opted to feature installations and an art exhibition as well as free manicures courtesy of Mei Kawajiri, Balenciaga’s nail artist. The display will be centered around the men’s fall line, a collection inspired by corporate culture.

Two digital garment printers will  be on hand so that shoppers will not only be able to customize T-shirts and hoodies, but also so that the corporate, chic feel of the upcoming collection can be brought to life. The room will be scented with an exclusive new fragrance and video graphics of New York, London and Berlin will project in the windows. A sculpture titled “Cake,” a Porsche Panamera chopped into four pieces created by Yngve Holen, will be featured among the cutting edge fall designs as well as a large hour glass installation. Open from June 19 to August 5, shoppers will have the opportunity to not only browse a stunning selection of pieces from the women's fall collection, but also check out some high end novelty items including Balenciaga mugs and sleeping masks.
