The Black Eyed Peas have reunited to revamp their 2003 breakout hit, “Where Is the Love?” in the name of the violent tragedies that have occurred in the country lately. Sales from the 2016 "#WHERESTHELOVE" remix will go to will.i.am’s i.am.angel foundation, whose mission is to “transform lives through education, inspiration, and opportunity.”

The group has not returned alone. Instead, will.i.am, Fergie and company enlisted a mass of famed recording artists, credited as “The World,” to assist them on the remake, including: Justin Timberlake, Jamie Foxx, Mary J. Blige, Diddy, Usher, Jessie J, Nicole Scherzinger, A$AP Rocky, DJ Khaled, The Game, Tori Kelly, Ty Dolla $ign, Andra Day, Cassie, V. Bozeman, French Montana, and Jaden Smith. The song also features a 40-member children’s choir.

To accompany the remake, the group create a new video that emphasizes who the song was made for. The clip features appearances from family members of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, who were killed by police officers in Baton Rouge and Falcon Heights, Minn. respectively, as well as Dallas Police Chief David O. Brown, in memoriam of the Dallas police officers killed in July. And because there were not enough celebrities present on the track, the visual features Connie Britton, Rosario Dawson, Kendall Jenner, and Snoop Dogg, among others.

In a video for ATTN, the Peas sans Fergie Ferg discussed the killings and global tragedies that motivated them to remake the song and called on millennials to use their powers to prevent them. “The millennials are powerful,” will.i.am said. “I don’t think they realize just how powerful they are.” Taboo added, “You gotta do your part in whatever capacity because you’re representing your generation.”

The video is available as an Apple Music exclusive, also for purchase here on iTunes.
