The LVMH-backed luxury label teamed up with Bergdorf Goodman to release the new collection. A launch party was held at the retailer’s iconic Fifth Avenue location to showcase the new drop. DJ Kitty Cash provided the tunes for the evening by spinning new music and classic throwbacks, but Rihanna’s presence was the highlight of the night.

Her fans, fashion designers, and other influencers rallied the first floor to get a glimpse of the pop star turned fashion mogul. Her brown skin glowed in a burnt orange Fenty hoodie dress and shimmering, crinkled golden boots. No better way to promote the new pieces than being your own muse and Rihanna sure knows how to rock a good knit dress. 

The new 60-piece collection of skirts, dresses, jumpers, sunglasses and shoes come in a warm palette, in colors like autumn orange, olive, khaki and ivory. It was inspired by expressions of freedom—casual yet luxurious. R2-20 features oversized knitwear and loose silhouettes. It reimagines the classic looks of the 90’s. The collection is divided into subcategories: Freedom, Casual Pop Classics, Punk Military and Outdoorsy. An everyday look for every kind of girl. 

R2-20 is Fenty’s first release of the year and is currently available to shop in-store and online through Bergdorf Goodman and Fenty’s website. Prices range from $200 for a T-shirt to $3,660 for an oversized shearling coat. 

Rihanna’s 32nd birthday is on February 20th (hence the name) so show her your love by purchasing one of these staple pieces.
