Ever since it was announced that Lady Gaga would be taking the legendary halftime stage at this year's Super Bowl, fans and detractors alike have been speculating about what to expect from the woman known for her over-the-top performances. As we come closer to kickoff, the rumors are running all the more rampant. Here is a rundown of what to expect on Sunday (spoiler alert!), along with our predictions for what we don’t know yet. Come through, Gaga!

The Setlist

Thanks to a few rehearsal leaks, we already know that we’ll be hearing some of Gaga’s iconic hits, including “Just Dance,” “Bad Romance,” “Born This Way,” and latest single “Million Reasons.” We would be shocked if “Poker Face” and “Applause” weren’t performed, and we can likely expect another song or two from Joanne, such as “A-YO,” “John Wayne,” or “Perfect Illusion.” We can only dream that some of her more under-the-radar tracks like “Heavy Metal Lover” and “Monster” make surprise appearances, as unrealistic as that may be. One realistic hope, though, would be an epic “Edge of Glory” finale complete with saxophones and fireworks to take us home.

The Fashion

If Gaga’s Snapchat is any indication, we can expect the almighty return of her legendary lace-up knee-highs from the Monster Ball Tour. We anticipate that her a few of her outfits—because there will surely be many—will fall in line with the rest of the Joanne era, so look out for cut-off tees, jean shorts, fishnets, and even NFL fan gear. Of course, you never truly know what to expect with Lady Gaga, so don’t be surprised if she turns up in a lobster suit or a garden bikini (justice for Artpop!).

The Guests

Don't expect Beyoncé to come on stage for "Telephone"—Gaga already shot down that rumor. So far, the only guest appearance confirmed is Tony Bennett, and we wouldn't be surprised if he was the only one. After all, does Gaga really need a guest star?

The Stunts

A couple weeks ago, the New York Post reported that Gaga had plans to perform on the roof of NRG Stadium. The accuracy of the rumors have not been confirmed or denied, and Gaga has played coy when asked. She did divulge to a Boston radio show earlier this week that her sister Natali said “I know, let’s suspend you in the air!,” giving some validity to the report. How the roof stunt would be pulled off (will she sing on on the roof or be lowered down?) is unclear, but it would certainly be showstopping regardless.

The Message

Given today’s disheartening political climate, many are hoping for Gaga to make some sort of protest against Trump’s administration and their discriminatory actions. At the very least, she will make a stand simply by performing “Born This Way,” and it does seem that Gaga is focused on promoting unity and acceptance throughout the whole show: "For me, it's all about giving to the fans and bringing people together that wouldn't normally come together,” she said in an interview with Fox Sports. As with everything that Gaga does, we know her shot at the Halftime Show will be grand, meaningful, and exciting.
