Over the past decade, Britain's young designer initiative, Fashion East, has pioneered class after class of rising stars in the U.K.'s design scene. This select talent pool has heeded the likes of runway veterans such as Simone Rocha and Marques Almeida. The initiative, which began in 2000, has since groomed an impressive crop of fashion designers that have gone on to gain international acclaim.

The next selection of groundbreaking designers, for the Fall 2017 season, was announced this morning. Each participant will get the opportunity to showcase a runway collection to potential buyers and press during London Fashion Week. The lineup marks the return of veteran Fashion East participants Mimi Wade and Matty Bovan. Bovan made waves with his Spring 2017 collection, which saw an eclectic mashup of vivid, mix-and-match drapery. Newcomers A Sai Ta and Supriya Lele are bound to make just as colorful a splash at the upcoming show.

Scroll through presenters' past collections below. The Fashion East show will take place on February 18 during London Fashion Week at the Tate Modern.
