Today, Nicola Formichetti launches a new collaboration between his brand Nicopanda and the Tom of Finland Foundation. The collection incorporates the hyper-masculine, homoerotic artwork of Tom of Finland into the playful designs for which Formichetti is known—just in time for NYC Pride this weekend.

"I’ve always been a bit of a Tom of Finland fanatic. I collect carpets, lighters, perfumes, kitchen aprons, bed covers, and pillow cases," Formichetti told V. "We’ve never done a collaboration for Nicopanda and I wanted to try something unexpected. After visiting the Tom of Finland Foundation in L.A., we approached them."

While Tom of Finland's work is certainly male-centric, Formichetti didn't want the capsule collection to feel the same way: "I didn’t want this to be only about gay men. I love that it’s for everybody. It doesn’t matter. I think it’s so cute to see a cool girl wearing Tom’s drawings. But of course, Tom is like an art version of a LGBTQ flag  so we want to do something during Pride in New York."

The collection's accompanying look book, shot and styled by Formichetti, is a testament to the collaborations success and inclusivity. If you plan on celebrating Pride in New York this weekend, don't be surprised if you spot more than a few "Come to Daddy" shirts (or flying cock sweatshirts).
