The designer bring his love of art to the iconic fashion brand.

In the buildup to his debut NYFW show as creative director of Calvin Klein, Raf Simons has unveiled his first ad campaign for the eponymous brand. The campaign, entitled “American Classics,” features models decked out in Calvin staples, posing in front of artworks from Andy Warhol, Richard Prince, and Sterling Ruby. The ads were shot by Willy Vanderperre and styled by Olivier Rizzo (a collaborative pair featured many times in V).

The campaign shows that Simons intends to stay true to the traits that define him, namely his passion for art, while exhibiting a loyalty to the brand's storied American heritage. See the full campaign below.
