Julia Michaels, the writer behind half of Britney Spears’s Glory, half of Selena Gomez’s Revival, all of Gwen Stefani’s This Is What the Truth Feels Like, Justin Bieber’s “Sorry,” Hailee Steinfeld’s “Love Myself,” and much more, has finally released a debut solo track. The prolific, pop-penning artist dropped “Issues” last night on Republic Records, and from the sounds of it, it’s sure to be a hit. She certainly has a track record for such a thing—Bieber’s “Sorry” went platinum 7 times.
