Update (7/17/2017): It seems that the collection has not been cancelled, but will not be arriving on schedule. VIP customers were given access to Louis Vuitton x Supreme gear after the first pop up was a success, and it looks like some VIP online orders have gone through, but there is no word on when or where the entirety of the line will be made available to the public, or what has caused the delay.

A shock has been delivered to the streetwear community, as all upcoming pop-up shops and drops for the Supreme x Louis Vuitton collaboration have been canceled. While this was originally heard from a sales representative at the SoHo pop-up location, the disappointing news has now been confirmed by Hypebeast through Louis Vuitton's client services.

As of now, there is no official word as to why the collaboration was suddenly canceled, but fans, have been reeling over the disappointing news. In an unexpected turn, the NYPD was even called in to the SoHo pop-up,  to disperse crowds regarding complaints from neighbors about irate attendees.

In addition, there has been speculation the cancellation could have something to do with New York's May denial of the brand's original planned pop-up location, citing the mania that often surrounds Supreme releases and the company's inability to "articulate how this product launch will benefit the community in any way." Considering that the release was slated to be worldwide, the cancellation is disappointing news for fans and fashion lovers alike.
