ARTIST TIM FURZER'S SCIENTIFICALLY SOUND WATERCOLORS ADORN THE WALLS OF CALVIN KLEIN'S SLEEK BOUTIQUE
If you're in need of a pallete-cleansing minimalist adventure this weekend, head uptown to the Calvin Klein Collection flagship store on Madison Avenue. In his debut installation, artist Tim Furzer has lined the walls with conceptual watercolor paintings based on the fluid displaced by stones. "Unified Theory" is comprised of eight exacting works predicated on the cycle of water, which determines the pigment's subtle shades when mixed together. An architect by trade, Furzer has a healthy appreciation for fine lines and chic subtlety. On view until February 1st.
