V Premiere: Delacey ft. G-Eazy in “Cruel Intentions”

Delacey and G-Eazy sing in sunny Los Angeles.

The HITCO artist is taking her career next level, featuring her own effortless vocals. Songwriter, co-writer, and now solo artist — Delacey debuts new single, “Cruel Intentions” featuring G-Eazy.

Delacey started singing and writing at the young age of seven while simultaneously learning the piano. Amongst co-writing for Halsey’s “Without Me,” The Chainsmokers’ “New York City,” and a long list of other artists, Delacey has developed her distinct singing voice. Her poetic instincts and undeniable talent are inspired by idols such as Billie Holiday and Stevie Nicks.

Delacey’s seductive song has the sensual visuals to match. With a scenic outlook of Los Angeles, she opens up the visualizer with an effortlessly curled pony and lyrics blowing in the wind. G-Eazy rides the beat with vivid lyrics as the pair are seen stationed in a car alongside the road. Delacy expressed to V how she wrote this song with G and friends a while back, not exactly knowing who would release it—her or G-Eazy. However, the duo both loved the song making it the perfect collaboration. The up-and-coming artist expressed, “While I’ve had the chance to collaborate with amazing artists as a songwriter, this is my first major collaboration as an artist and I couldn’t be more excited to share this track with the world.” Breaking out from her comfort zone, and giving fans something different… Check out the premiere of the new visualizer linked below.
