Gucci Beauty Celebrates Launch of New Mascara Line
V take you inside the intimate soirée.
Gucci, in partnership with Sephora, held a launch for the new Gucci Mascara L’Obscur, a buildable and intensely black ultra-lush mascara last night in Los Angeles. Notable guests including Beck, Soko, King Princess, Zoe Bleu Arquette, Langley Fox, and more were in attendance and some of the very first to preview the Gucci Beauty Network Studios.
In an effort to discover the world of Gucci Beauty, an interactive pop-up was launched where attendees played hooky at work before hitting the dance floor. A room to explore Gucci’s perfumes and makeup collection, complete with vanity mirrors and video tutorials of how to apply the mascara, made the perfect set for viral-worthy social media moments. Complete with live performances and sets by Dani Miller, one of the faces of the Gucci Mascara L’Obscur campaign and lead singer of punk band Surfbort, as well as Jeffertitti and Rainey Qualley, the celebration was certainly one to remember.
See the Gucci Beauty Network Studios popup for yourself, open to the public March 6th (12pm-8pm) and March 7th (11am-7pm) in Los Angeles [8175 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046]. Take a look at images from the event, below.
