‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ is Coming to an End
The show goes off the air after a final season in 2021
Keeping Up With The Kardashians is finally coming to a close after 14 years on the air.
The family made a joint statement making the announcement. It said, “It is with heavy hearts that we’ve made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
The family had a list of ‘thank you’s to give out as well. “Thank you to the thousands of individuals and businesses that have been a part of this experience.” It added, “And, most importantly, a very special thank you to Ryan Seacrest for believing in us, E! for being our partner, and our production team at Bunim/Murray, who’ve spent countless hours documenting our lives,” was what they wrote.

The statement continued, “We’ll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we’ve met along the way.” It was signed by Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian West, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Scott Disick, essentially the entire family excluding Caitlyn Jenner.
The show first started airing on E! in October of 2007 and has since released 18 seasons. Since then, numerous spin-offs of the show (12, if you’re keeping count) have continued to capture the manic lives of the Kardashian-Jenner clan across their travels, business ventures, marriages, family expansions, and life transitions. But die hard fans of the show needn’t fear. The royal family of reality TV will be back for a 19th season premiering September 17, and the final season of the show will be released in early 2021.
In her own social media post about the announcement, Kim added, “Without Keeping Up with The Kardashians, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who has watched and supported me and my family these past 14 incredible years.”
