Fendi led the way in ending an eventful Haute Couture Week in Paris for this Spring/Summer season. Spirituality and mysticism filled the La Bourse as creative director Kim Jones displayed a collection that drew from Rome’s antiquity and the contrapposto of the cities statues through the draping of evening gowns shimmering, almost celestial bodies. There was also a glimpse to the future for Fendi, a future where the nearly century-old brand could exist in a far more technologically advanced future through the embrace of turning objects of the “old” into astral allure through the addition of handmade jewelry by Delfina Delettrez.

With the future in mind, Amelie Zilber, 19-year old activist, digital creator, and model, attended the breathtaking event and guided V through the process of getting ready for the day. 

“It’s the big day! Today is all about Fendi Haute Couture, and I couldn’t be more excited. First and foremost, I need to get ready! I’m going for a chic up-do with a tight winged liner.”

“Sofia Tilbury did my makeup for the show using all Charlotte Tilbury products. It was one of my favorite glam looks during Haute Couture week.”
