Whenever Dior Beauty comes to town, you can pretty much expect something spectacular and larger than life to pop up. In their latest spectacle, the beauty titan has touched down once more in Los Angeles for the reveal of the new Miss Dior Parfum by Francis Kurkdjian, Dior Perfume’s Creation Director. In a weekend long celebration from March 8 to 10 on 8626 Melrose Avenue, Miss Dior Avenue has emerged with a first of its kind retail pop-up and experience that visually merges the style of the Swinging Sixties and Miss Dior’s youthful spirit. Complete with La Parfumerie, Miss Dior Cinema, Miss Dior Cafe, and Miss Dior Flower Shop stations for an experience like no other.
On March 6, Dior Beauty invited some of Los Angeles’ brightest and boldest to come celebrate the new endeavor, including the likes of BANKS, Maggie Rogers, Alexandra Shipp, Lucy Hale, Adam DiMarco, Madelaine Petsch, Antonia Gentry, Justice Smith, Felix Mallard. Amongst the glitterati was rising YA sensation Noah LaLonde, who gave VMAN the ultimate peek at his event-ready grooming process which included prepping his skin with Dior Beauty’s Backstage face collection and finishing off his look with the ever beloved Dior Addict Lip Glow in the shade #028 Minty Rose (a staple for anyone’s skin prep as the color reviving balm comes with 24hr Hydration and is made from 97% Natural-Origin Ingredients.)
“I take a lot of pride in really being in the moment for events like the Miss Dior Avenue Pop-Up. It can be nerve-wracking being around so many talented and creative people sometimes, wondering if your photos look good, if your hair is right, all the rest,” explains Noah to VMAN.com. “But really taking the time to look around and see the time and collaboration it takes to create a night like this, I mean really sinking into that moment, all the rest fades out and it’s just beautiful to be a part of.”
