Ferragamo’s Pre-Fall 2025 collection strikes a perfect balance between refined elegance and modern flair, as Maximilian Davis continues to shape the iconic brand’s narrative with a fresh perspective. Two years into his tenure, Davis blends Florentine craftsmanship with global influences, creating a collection that feels both timeless and timely.

This season, he draws inspiration from the sun-soaked beaches of the Caribbean and the soulfully free-spirited photography of ‘70s Mali, translating and combining these vivid worlds into a collection that speaks to both nostalgia and sophistication. Davis affirmed, “…that way of dressing was so elegant, but at the same time so free.”

The color palette of the collection mirrors this elegant freedom, with lots of natural earthy tones of moss green, cognac, and chocolate browns, punctuated by electric blue, fire red, and magenta along with tropical prints. There’s even a cascading tye-dye patterned blouse that beams the spirit of an island escape far-off shore, a brown, blue, and yellow blend merging together like the waves of the ocean crashing into a sandy shore.

As envisioned by Davis, the Ferragamo man is a modern voyager—or someone like Evan MockMichael B. Jordan, Oscar Isaac, or Kaytranada; who’ve all modeled for or been styled by the brand.

Whatever he wears it’s perfectly constructed and allows him to glide readily between city streets and exotic locales. His wardrobe embodies a refined yet relaxed sensibility: with a colored leather jacket to match a leather bag, sharp suiting but with a deconstructed ease, and long-legged trousers with large checks –a modern and playful re-imaging of a classic pattern.

Tailoring remains at the heart of Ferragamo and the accessories add an artisan’s touch which highlights Davis’s mastery in transforming classic luxury into something dynamic and forward-thinking.

As we close, 2024 we can sigh a breath of relief and look forward to Ferragamo’s Pre-Fall 2025 invitation to experience luxury with ease and modernity.
