High altitude is more than a setting for Moncler Grenoble; it’s a way of life. Above much else, where snow-capped peaks meet the sky, the brand transformed the Courchevel Altiport into a celestial runway. At 2,008 meters above sea level, amidst swirling flurries and crisp alpine air, the Fall/Winter 2025 collection unfolded as a breathtaking homage to the brand’s mountaineering roots.

More than a runway, this was a hypnotic experience – a weekend-long célébration of mountain life. From audacious skiers carving down the Trois Vallées to those preferring to spend their afternoons in the lodge sipping on warm spirits to heat up their insides, Courchevel became the superb backdrop for Moncler Grendoble’s unrelenting pursuit of high performance and style.

Once dusk settled upon Courchevel Altiport, the runway materialized amongst the snow, bathed in beams of white light – mimicking those used for night skiing. Guests, wrapped in Moncler’s signature duvet capes and this season’s attire, melded into the landscape – the surrounding nature and the runway itself.

Moncler Grenoble’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection unfolded in a staggering 140 looks that, compiled together, presented a study of opposites—urban life meets mountain-ready to wear. While sticking to the technical rigor required for winter wear, the collection synonymously defied convention, introducing a mix of materials and textures one might not expect to find in high-performance outwear.

Denim and canvas, evocative of workwear, found their way alongside smart wool in pied de poule patterns. Tweed-inspired ensembles were, in fact, convoluted wool embroideries layered over Moncler’s signature nylon lagué. From plus ski suits covered with intarsia detailing to billowing shearling coats that cocooned the wearer in warmth, the collection blurred the boundaries between fashion and function, metropolis and mountain. Models uniquely walked the runway carrying skis, helmets, and poles.

The color palette echoed the grandeur of the Alps: soft whites, moody grays, earthy browns, and deep navy hues punctuated by saturated flashes of red and electric blue. All the white, the Moncler Grenoble x WHITESPACE snowboard, created in collaboration with legend Shaun White, reinvigorated the brand’s commitment to melding sport with fashion.

As the final model vanished into the dark, snowy landscape beyond the beaming lights, the Courchevel Altiport stood transformed from not only a runway but a case in point to Moncler Grenoble’s relentless pursuit of innovation and adventure.
