The Marc Jacobs season-long campaign of JOY continues! After a series of global collaborations and immersive events, the brand’s next chapter includes a limited-edition capsule collection co-created with preeminent contemporary artists Derrick Adams, David Shrigley, and Hattie Stewart.

In a launch that blurs the line between art and fashion, classic Marc Jacobs designs become canvases for the three artists’ singular styles. Adams’ vibrancy, Shrigley’s humor, and Stewart’s cheerful flower motifs explode across the capsule collection. Each piece embodies JOY as a wearable expression. Directed and photographed by Nick Newbold, behind-the-scenes videos documenting the artists’ processes will also be released.

The JOY initiative is one of Marc Jacobs’ most expansive in recent years, featuring collaborations with brands such as Converse, Crayola, Moleskine, and Barbie in a celebration of lighthearted creativity. A range of in-person experiences have also been introduced, with the brand holding installations and pop-ups at Nordstrom NYC, Galeries Lafayette in Paris, Isetan in Tokyo, and The Standard High Line in New York.

Beloved accessories including The Tote Bag and The Mini Bag are reimagined with the artists’ work. Shrigley’s satirical designs approach joy with wit and self-awareness, while Stewart introduces optimistic, psychedelic wonderlands. The collaboration is the latest step in the campaign’s mission to prioritize multifaceted cultural impact over short-term trends.
The capsule collection will be available starting this month in select Marc Jacobs boutiques, online, and at the brand’s exclusive pop-ups in New York, London, Paris, and Tokyo.
