For the latest installment of Miu Miu Select, American tennis player Coco Gauff’s favorite styles were showcased at the brand’s 57th Street flagship store in New York. Launched in 2019, the Select initiative offers friends of the brand the opportunity to curate their own personalized collections. Previous selectors include Gigi Hadid, Georgia May Jagger, and Chloë Sevigny. 

The curated wardrobe included several pieces from the Miu Miu x New Balance limited collection, created in collaboration with Gauff. Attendees were able to browse pieces such as the Stretch Technical Jersey Pleated Mini Skirt, Stretch Technical Jersey Top, and Technical Poplin Hoodie Jacket. New Balance x Miu Miu sneakers also lined the store. Items purchased at the event came with hand-sewn tags signed by Gauff, adding another layer of personalization to the launch. 

In photographs from the event, Gauff carries the Pocket Bag — a beloved Miu Miu design also worn by Emily Ratajkowski, a selector in 2023. The night was soundtracked by DJ Lumina and saw buzzworthy guests including stylist Beverly Nguyen, influencer Enya Umanzor, and model Paloma Elsesser.  

The Miu Miu x New Balance limited collection offers a refined take on activewear in a launch that combines style with functionality. Naturally, the night’s theme revolved around Gauff’s sport, and even featured Miu Miu-branded tennis balls. With the U.S. Open concluding in New York on September 7, the event couldn’t have been more timely.
