On the corner of 57th Street and Madison Avenue, a crowd gathered to celebrate the recent opening of House of Dior New York. Hosted by Architect Peter Marino, the night was a culmination of the House’s effort to reimagine French elegance in Manhattan. With details that pay homage to the 30 Montaigne store in Paris, the new boutique boasts Versailles parquet flooring, selected artworks, and windows that span nearly seven meters high.

Attendees included actors Anna Sawai, Priyanka Chopra, Sam Nivola, and Will Price — all dressed in Dior. A projection was also cast onto the historic Helmsley Building at 230 Park Avenue to honor the occasion.

The event took place on September 10, just over a month after the boutique was opened to the public. The space contains four levels dedicated to ready-to-wear, bags, shoes, accessories, jewelry, watches, and beauty products. It also features a spa on the top floor, a meditative escape in the heart of Manhattan. The Dior Spa offers a range of personalized treatments on the cutting edge of skincare.

A garden space by landscape architect Peter Wirtz, who designed similar spaces for the 30 Montaigne store, can also be found at the New York boutique. Natural light pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating the location’s range of both classic and new designs. Surrounded by industry professionals, the House’s new chapter in Midtown Manhattan was officially welcomed in.
