Todd Snyder brought the humid sea breeze and crystal blue water of the tropics to New York City as he presents his Spring/Summer 2026 collection, titled La Buena Vida or “the good life”.
Inspired by the relaxed ease of a tropical vacation, Ricky jackets in sueded linen, high-waisted Hollywood trousers, Flamenco-dotted lounge shirts, and belted field jackets sauntered down the runway, transporting attendees to a time when leisure was considered an art form. Suits paid homage to Italian tailoring in the late 1980s with carefree, dropped button silhouettes.

To finish off the looks, footwear and accessories complemented the laidback style: fisherman sandals and soft loafers were paired with oversized sunglasses and John Hardy jewelry. Two new and exclusive Todd Snyder x Timex watches debuted as well, one a refresh of the classic Marlin watch with a mesh band and the other a re-issue of a style from 1976.

“La Buena Vida isn’t so much a destination as a state of mind. It’s the faded glamour of Havana in the 1950s mixed with the swagger of a guy, wearing a linen suit, who just stepped off a seaplane in Miami in the 1980s,” says Snyder. “There’s an inherent push-pull to the clothing, between the structure of the tailoring and the soft sensuality of the silhouettes.”
