The debut of La Famiglia, a collection showcased in Milan, sets the stage for a daring aesthetic defined as “bold, sexy, extravagant.” This continuation of Gucci’s legacy of provocation has consistently served as a language of power, identity, and allure. Now, the collection extends to the big screen with The Tiger. Premiering first in Milan on September 23, 2025, and screened in New York on September 24, 2025, with a special presentation at Palazzo Mezzanotte on September 25, 2025.

The film, directed by Oscar-winner Spike Jonze and Halina Reijn, stars an ensemble cast with Demi Moore, Edward Norton, c, Elliot Page, Keke Palmer, Kendall Jenner, among others. In the satirical family drama centered on Barbara Gucci, the fictional president of Gucci International, a glamorous birthday celebration spirals into chaos, exposing tensions and the fragility of power beneath polished appearances.

The cinematic event premiered in New York at Cinema Village, followed by an immersive Gucci-styled afterparty at Chez Nous. Attendees included Derek Blasberg, Ella Emhoff, Ivy Getty, Mickalene Thomas, Patti Wilson, Quil Lemons, and Tina Leung, all dressed in Gucci.

From September 25 onward, Gucci launched a global retail takeover spanning ten cities: New York, Los Angeles, Milan, Paris, London, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul, and Singapore, transforming flagship stores into immersive environments dedicated to La Famiglia. The global retail takeover previews Demna’s aesthetic before the January launch. Both La Famiglia and The Tiger ground his Gucci in lineage while reinventing how fashion tells its stories.
