The House of Dior has just appointed Sophie Wilde, Ever Anderson, and Florence Hunt as the first ambassador appointments of Jonathan Anderson’s tenure across the House. Among the first to step into this new era is Australian actress Sophie Wilde. Dior describes her as “one of the rising stars of international cinema,” praising a magnetic elegance that echoes the legacy of the founding couturier and the Maison’s enduring ties to film. Honored at the Cannes Film Festival, Wilde is set to appear in Alejandro G. Iñárritu’s upcoming film alongside Tom Cruise and Riz Ahmed, underscoring the momentum surrounding her appointment.

Ever Anderson also joins the Maison as a new ambassador, embodying what Dior calls “a fascinating and audacious muse” who represents a contemporary vision of femininity. After being discovered in Black Widow and later portraying Wendy Darling in Peter Pan & Wendy, the American actress, writer, and budding filmmaker has emerged as one of the most promising talents of her generation. The alliance highlights “the modernity of the inventive dialogue forged between Dior and the artists of today.”
Lastly, we have Florence Hunt, known for her role as Hyacinth in the celebrated Netflix series Bridgerton. Her performances, including a role in Lance Hammer’s forthcoming film Queen at Sea, position her as a contemporary muse aligned with the creative ingenuity brought by Anderson and the visionary spirit of Peter Philips. Together, these appointments establish an early look into Dior under Jonathan Anderson.
