Coach Launches &COACH, A New Gen Z Platform

Featuring Charli xcx, Malala Yousafzai, Paige Bueckers, and more
Luxury has long sold aspiration as something to step into: a finished identity, packaged and waiting. &Coach, the brand’s new Gen Z platform launching today, begins from the opposite premise—that this generation would rather build an identity than inherit one.
An always-on content series featuring Gen Z creators, talent, and cultural voices, &Coach represents a new approach to luxury storytelling. Rather than relying on a single campaign narrative, the platform is built around participation, conversation, and creative exchange. “This generation doesn’t want to inherit a prescribed version of aspiration—they want to shape identity for themselves, and they want to be part of the process,” said Joon Silverstein, Chief Marketing Officer at Coach.

The launch brings together a diverse roster of cultural figures, including Charli XCX, Malala Yousafzai, PinkPantheress, Iga Świątek, Paige Bueckers, Toni Breidinger, Avantika, the South Korean group KiiiKiii, as well as Angel Reese, Azzi Fudd, Yasmin Finney, and Japanese singer-songwriter Lilas Ikuta. Rather than presenting polished personas, the campaign captures each figure in small, defining moments: Charli xcx on the cusp of a new musical era, Bueckers focused before a game, and Breidinger navigating a male-dominated sport.
Coach bags appear throughout, though, as Silverstein notes, “a Coach bag doesn’t define identity—it supports people through the moments that shape it.”

The platform was developed in collaboration with a group of Gen Z creative directors, including Sage Adams, Danny Cole, Made Lapuerta, and Reuben Selby, alongside UTA’s Next Gen Practice and the agency Marcel. According to Coach, the group was involved throughout the process, from early cultural insights and strategy to concept development, with ongoing input from Gen Z consumers around the world helping to shape the platform’s direction.

&Coach lives on its own Instagram and TikTok accounts, @and.coach, with new voices and moments added in the weeks ahead.
