Marc Jacobs Expands Question Marc With ‘The Swap’ for Fall 2026

The new micro-drama stars Rowan Blanchard and Jemima Kirke, with a cameo by Jeremy O. Harris

Marc Jacobs is adding a new chapter to Question Marc, its social-first storytelling platform, with the release of The Swap, a scripted micro-drama created for the Fall 2026 season. The cast includes Rowan Blanchard and Jemima Kirke, alongside a cameo from Jeremy O. Harris.

Set moments after Marc Jacobs’ latest runway show, the film begins when an accidental Scene Bag swap sends two guests on intersecting paths across New York City. As each discovers the contents of the other’s bag, first impressions give way to a playful mystery that explores identity, perception, and the assumptions people make about one another.

The film follows The Scene, the first installment in the Question Marc series, which debuted earlier this year and was written by and starred Rachel Sennott. Together, the projects mark an ongoing expansion of the brand’s cinematic, episodic storytelling.

Question Marc has become a space where fashion, film, and contemporary culture intersect through scripted narratives designed for digital audiences. With The Swap, Marc Jacobs continues to develop that vision, using original storytelling to extend the world of its collections beyond the runway.
