The New York native coffee shop, Blank Street, teamed up with designer Hillary Taymour, founder of Collina Strada, at New York Fashion Week to celebrate their Spring/Summer 2027 collection. At Storm King Art Center on September 15th, the show graced the 500-acre outdoor museum in New York’s Hudson Valley. 500 attendees gathered amongst sculptures and an unforgettable landscape to see what’s next in fashion.

Blank Street, only just founded in 2020, has seen much success since. Debuting at London Fashion Week in February 2026, Blank Street has made it clear they value fashion, creative industries, and the entrepreneurs and tastemakers behind those brands. Blank Street and Collina Strada have worked closely together to blend their worlds and make their consumers one and the same. Blank Street’s hospitality combined with Collina Strada’s craftsmanship makes something unique yet universally appreciated.

“For us, the most interesting collaborations happen when there is a real creative exchange,” said Dibba Iran-Parasti, Marketing Director at Blank Street. “We worked closely with Hillary and the Collina Strada team to interpret their world through ours, from the flavors and colors of the Golden Haze Matcha to the materials and experience at Storm King.”

The Golden Haze Matcha, the heart of the campaign, is a custom beverage made with golden maple milk, cardamom rose and turmeric. Collina Strada’s appreciation for color and texture are clear in this Blank Street beverage.

As tribute to Hillary’s vision and the hard-working community behind making Fashion Week possible, Blank Street wants the world to know they’re here to fuel us all.

“I love collaborations where both sides are willing to play and really get into each other’s worlds,” Taymour said. “Blank Street came into this with an open creative spirit. We were able to think about everything together—from flavor and color to materials and how the experience would feel at Storm King. It feels connected to the collection and to the energy we want to create around the show.”
