Built for the Elements, Designed for What’s Next: Snow Goose FW26

Under the creative direction of Haider Ackermann, Canada Goose’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection explores the quiet resilience of the human spirit

There aren’t many jackets that promise protection against the harshness of winter quite like a Canada Goose jacket. Designed to withstand the elements without compromising on style, the brand has long occupied a space where function and fashion are equally essential. With Axis of Endurance, the unveiling of its latest Snow Goose collection, that commitment continues to evolve.

Led by Creative Director Haider Ackermann, the Fall/Winter 2026 campaign features Mariane Godoy, Samvel Tadevossian, Simon Franck, Marin Fournier, Eliot Cassignat, and Cesar Salmon. Through a series of distinct looks, the campaign offers a glimpse into Ackermann’s creative philosophy, exploring endurance as both a physical feat and an internal condition.

Conceived for days spent immersed in frost and expeditions into extreme weather, the collection reflects the tension of persevering long after comfort has faded, until instinct takes over. Here, endurance is less about resistance than the resolve to keep moving forward.

“There is a silence and a stillness to the campaign this season,” says Ackermann. “I didn’t want to illustrate endurance. Some things become less powerful when you name them. When you explain it too much, perhaps you lose it. The images evoke a feeling, something almost unspoken.”

Shot by Julie Joubert, the global campaign brings together matte and high-shine nylons, virgin wool fleece, and textured cottons. The palette punctuates winter’s more subdued tones with flashes of Acid Orange, Flaming Rose, and Goldenrod. This season also marks several firsts for Snow Goose by Canada Goose, including the introduction of leather through a reimagining of the renowned Chilliwack Bomber and the label’s debut footwear, the Rainboot.

Amid these innovations, one commitment remains steadfast: the collection is fur-free. Select Snow Goose styles, including the Ferron, Vega, and Zion Trapper Hat, feature faux fur designed to evoke the look and feel of the real thing without animal-derived materials.

Canada Goose has earned its place as a household name through a familiar formula of durability, reliability, and timeless design. Yet the brand’s continued pursuit of innovation keeps it from resting on its legacy. With Axis of Endurance, Snow Goose pushes that legacy forward, proving that what withstands the elements can still make room for reinvention.
