13 Of The Best Dressed Stars at the 2021 Emmy Awards

From Tracee Ellis Ross to Anya Taylor-Joy, the 73rd Primetime Emmy Awards delivered a winning red carpet.

As we all became sequestered and accustomed to our screens at home, TV shows took on an important role—delivering comedy, drama, and taking us viewers into the lives of an array of characters. With crowd favorites from Ted Lasso to The Crown, the 2021 Primetime Emmy Awards celebrated the best of television—and fashion, with a show-stealing red carpet. No strangers to dressing up, TV’s most glamorous brought elegance and class, for which the Emmys’ arrivals were just as memorable as the ceremony itself. The night saw neon, minimalism, and ruffled extravagance in a widespread display of that Hollywood star quality.

This year’s 73rd Emmys held show-stopping wins before the awards even began. Nominee for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy, Tracee Ellis Ross of Black-ish sparkled in a stunning one-shoulder red Valentino Haute Couture gown coupled with magnificent Tiffany diamonds, while nominee for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series, Anya Taylor-Joy of The Queen’s Gambit dropped jaws in an exquisite pale yellow Dior Haute Couture gown, also doused in Tiffany jewels. With delicate draping, gorgeous colors, and chic feather and bead detailing, this was a star-studded night for the ages. Oh, and the acting was great too.
