The Cannes Film Festival is back with all its glitz, glamor, and exclusive premieres. This year, the festival opened with Leos Carax’s musical Annette, starring Adam Driver and Marion Cotillard, and is also screening Wes Anderson’s anticipated film The French Dispatch, with Tilda Swinton and Timothée Chalamet, and even Justin Lin’s Fast & Furious sequel, F9. 

Spike Lee is this year’s Main Competition Jury president, with Maggie Gyllenhaal also participating at the jury. Jodie Foster will be honored with the Honorary Palme d’Or, along with Italian filmmaker Marco Bellocchio.
