This book focuses on topics like the science of happiness, emotional intelligence, and the mind-body relationship. Another major theme is how one’s mindset can affect their performance, something JC places great value on.

 

  • Designing Your Life: How to Build a Well-Lived, Joyful Life by Bill Burnett & Dave Evans. The book gives a unique perspective of designing your life to solve problems. JC shares, “The method shows readers how to build a satisfying life with tools like experimenting, prototyping, and constant revision.” This book is based on the authors’ popular class at Stanford University.
