Dunhill reinvisions classic elegance with the debut of their Spring/Summer 2024 collection. The line defines what a gentleman should be, with pieces that exude a suave sensibility and celebrates the work and craftsmanship of the in-studio design team ahead of the upcoming release of the AW24 line headed by Dunhill’s new creative director, Simon Holloway. Paying homage to traditional English style, the new collection embraces a subtle sophisticated look that showcases simple, yet artfully attuned designs.

The line is not afraid to play with different mediums to elevate traditional styles, embracing a variety of colors and fabrics for their pieces, mixing suedes, leathers, and cashmeres to add dimension to classic looks of evening wear with tailored fabrics. The medley tans and earthy neutrals is the perfect compliment to the rich British navies and patterns. The collection tells a story, each suit speaks to an unmatched quality and a refined outlook on sensible style.
Many of the classic pieces have been reinvented in this collection; their standard navy blazer appears here in four different styles, including double-breasted, pique jersey, suede version along with a fine midnight wool barathea evening jacket. The line is dedicated to understanding the dynamics of craft and function as they relate in the everyday. These jackets provide a complete wardrobe from a single style. The designs are a testament to the brands commitment to versatility. The iconic Car Coat also comes back in two new styles. The first is a reversible number of puppy tooth worsted wool in a decadent double navy; the second design features a longer cut with a water resistant compact wool in golden hued vicuña.

The garments are only a fraction of what this line brings to the table. Neckwear and other soft accessories honor their English heritage with dots, stripes, medallions and paisley designs. Harness 1893 leather goods, a timeless edition, also return for the season with a new look. The line also carries a variety of footwear for any occasion, including Ausley Penny Loafers, AD Cipher slippers and Duke II sneakers.

While each look remains polished and contemporary, it is reminiscent of a different time. The Spring/Summer 2024 collection is a picture old and new, a compilation of traditional looked redefined in a new era of fashion.
