There was perhaps no larger worldwide phenomenon in the '90s than Spice Mania, the craze surrounding the Spice Girls that persists today (if the fervent rumors about an impending reunion are anything to go by). It's difficult to think of another musical act that spawned as much passion, empowerment, and specially branded merchandise as the Spice Girls. So what better way to commemorate their ongoing legacy than with an exhibition in the city where it all started?

#SpiceUpLondon, the Spice Girls Exhibition, will open at London's Business Design Centre on July 28 and celebrate everything that made the propelled Geri Halliwell, Mel B, Emma Bunton, Mel C, and Victoria Beckham to become the biggest girl group of all time. It promises to be the "biggest exhibition of its kind in history," displaying some of their most known stage costumes (some of which haven't been showcased since the '90s) and thousands of memorabilia items that we pined for as children. And in a very sentimental touch, the original Spice Bus seen in the iconic film Spice World is being refurbished by fans and the original owners to be displayed outside of the exhibition. No word on whether Ginger, Scary, Sporty, Baby, or Posh Spice are on board, but how could they miss the opportunity to carry out their legacy that doesn't involve touring?

The exhibition will be the central hub of an array of events that #SpiceUpLondon is planning, including dance classes and double-decker London bus tours that are sure to literally Spice up London—but more importantly, your life. Tickets to the exhibition and bus tours are on sale now, and you can make a donation to help restore the Spice Bus, and get your name on a plaque inside it, here.
