ACNE Studios Drops Puffer Jackets for Fall/Winter 2020
All the puffers are filled with recycled down and feathers.
Swedish design label ACNE Studios presented their newly designed puffer jackets this week. The print is a bold take on Acne Studios’ branding. The distorted logo print and new color way introduce a playful and bold take on Acne Studios’ branding unlike ever seen before.
The Stockholm-based fashion house is known for its eclectic approach to photography, art, architecture and contemporary culture. Celebrities and stars including Pete Davidson, Katy Perry, and Hailey Balwin have been seen wearing the brand’s clothing. True to their unconventional approach to fashion, ACNE has focused on producing a puffer jacket this year that aims to mix varying scales, sizes, and unique cuts across different parts of the puffer. It is a “rarity in the Acne Studios collection”.
All the puffers are filled with recycled down and feathers. The hooded coat features two front pockets and an adjustable toggle at the waist. It is shaped in a cocoon silhouette with binding running along the edges and a funnel collar that has a pack-away hood.
The plain beige and black versions are made from ripstop shell, while the cut logo version in beige is made from nylon. The plain version comes in black, turquoise blue and rust orange, while the cut logo versions come in turquoise blue, rust orange and mink brown.
The nylon belted puffer coat has an oversized silhouette and softly rounded shoulders with a funnel collar that has a pack-away hood and comes in plain black or mink brown. A nylon quilted red gilet features a high neck, cropped length, drawstring hem and front zip pockets.
The jackets are currently available at ACNE Studios stores and acnestudios.com. You can check out the limited run collection below:
