Exactly a year ago, Alpha Industries released their sophomore Alpha x Playboy Fall/Winter 2019 range that saw five Alpha styles reimagined with Playboy embroidery and prints. Come FW20 season, the duo has linked up yet again to create a limited-edition garment-dyed MA-1 bomber jacket featuring the brand’s quintessential bunny logo and images of vintage Playboy covers.

This ongoing collaboration with Playboy is a natural fit for the legendary military heritage brand, as both brands have their legacy and roots within the U.S. Military. While Alpha Industries started producing M-65s and other outerwear to outfit the soldiers in Vietnam in the 1960s, Playboy was supporting the military through a pen pal program with the Armed Forces called “Operation Playmate”. The aim of this program was to boost the morale of troops deployed overseas.

The new Alpha Industries x Playboy bomber is now available for pre-order and will officially release on Thursday, November 19th on AlphaIndustries.com.
