Amanda Seyfried Joins Tiffany for the Holidays

The House’s newest ambassador stars in “You & Me,” a short film for the 2026 “Love Is a Gift” campaign about the keepsakes we pass down

Christmas decorations have a way of keeping a family’s history. An ornament taken out of its box each December can recall the person who gave it to us, even decades later. For its 2026 holiday campaign, “Love Is a Gift,” Tiffany & Co. builds a story around that small act of remembering, introducing actress Amanda Seyfried as its newest House ambassador.

The campaign’s short film, “You & Me,” opens in a present-day Upper East Side townhouse, where a woman decorating her Christmas tree discovers a Tiffany Blue Box marked “December ’92.” The date takes her back to a day in New York City with her mother, and to a childhood memory she now understands differently.

At the center of that recollection is the moment a daughter begins to recognize her mother as a woman with a life beyond parenthood. Wearing HardWear by Tiffany jewelry, the mother emerges as an accomplished figure with an identity her child is only beginning to appreciate. Style often becomes part of how we remember a parent, long before we understand the life behind it.

Inside the Blue Box is a hand-painted Bird on a Rock ornament, which the mother presents to her daughter. When the story returns to the present, the child has become a mother herself and passes the same ornament to her own daughter. An object brought out once a year becomes an heirloom through the simple act of keeping it and sharing its story.

“I’m thrilled to join the Tiffany & Co. family as their newest House ambassador and to be part of a campaign that celebrates love, family and the traditions we carry with us through generations,” Seyfried said. “‘You & Me’ captures beautifully how a meaningful gift can hold memories and become part of a family’s story.”

By the time the ornament reaches the youngest daughter, it carries a memory from a Christmas she never experienced. Passing it on gives her a place in a family story that began long before she was born.
