Against the cobblestoned backdrop of Place des Victoires, Ami unveiled its Spring-Summer 26 collection with all the quiet confidence Paris exudes. The show felt like stumbling upon the city’s best-kept secret—effortless elegance.
The collection is an homage to joy, color, and freedom – a side of Parisians that is not always expressed by the media. The garments are elegant whilst maintaining a lightness that flows through the body. The color palette includes neutral tones with pops of color. Oversized shirts add a versatile touch, offering comfort and coverage by day and easily transitioning to a more polished look for the evening.

“The collection embodies this vision of Ami Paris: a universal wardrobe where Parisian chic meets comfort,” said Alexandre Mattiussi, Founder and Creative Director of Ami Paris. “Ami Paris is a celebration of life in all its forms, and this is what I want to share since our beginnings.”

The show was set at Place des Victoires, a legendary plaza in Paris known for its elegance, charm, and sophistication. The guests sat in a circle around the plaza as the models strutted down the concrete runway around the equestrian statue of King Louis XIV.

To the rising sounds of Maurice Ravel’s Boléro, 54 models walked in a continuous circle. They began singly—each step a solitary pulse—then, as the show went on, they all came together, until the entire ensemble moved as one synchronized current, mirroring the music’s relentless crescendo. The grand finale of the show was to tunes of La Foule by Edith Piaf – yet another touch to French culture.
