Renowned for their commitment to environmental and social responsibility – not to mention a finalist in the Sustainable Fashion Awards 2022 – the house of THEMOIRè welcomes their latest and first footwear collection for the Spring Summer 2023 season. Evoked by their appreciation for the sanctity of nature, the THEMOIRè sandals and mules represent a step towards a more responsible future. With eight models that have been delicately crafted from vegan PU – such as the Phoenix, Hydra, Cassiope, Adilia, Andromeda, Elia, Acquaria and Lyra – the footwear debut highlights the relationship between human-environment, and declined in a natural palette with seasonal colors.

“We started in 2020 with a single-product bag. Footwear has been the consistent, responsible evolution of the project. We like to think of THEMOIRè not so much as a brand but as a give-back project inspired by nature and born out of the certainty that every small action can contribute to building a more sustainable future. In the end, we created this project to leave a positive imprint of our passage on this planet and contribute to its well-being,” shared Salar Bicheranloo and Francesca Monaco, Co-Founders and Creative Directors of THEMOIRè.

The introduction of the THEMOIRè footwear line coincides with the launch of Your Roots project, created in collaboration with community magazine Perimetro on World Earth Day on April 22nd. The open contest aims to support an environment representative of the deep connection between humans and nature, contributing to reforestation and producing environmental, social and economic benefits.

The new collection ranges from $315-$410 and is now available in boutiques and online at THEMOIRè.
