Fresh off winning her first Golden Globe for her starring role as Toda Mariko in the historical drama series “Shōgun,” Anna Sawai is stepping into a new role as brand ambassador for Dior.

Sawai, known for her feminine yet subversively modern red carpet and press looks, is a perfect match for the mind of Dior’s creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri. Since coming to the brand, Chiuri has prioritized feminism as a message throughout all of Dior’s collections.
