For the upcoming season, Moncler is tapping into the international film scene as the house has just appointed Argentine actor Joaquín Furriel to join its latest campaign. With the campaign having first been initiated in Milan, now set in Madrid, the brand’s Spring/Summer ‘24 Collection is captured outdoors, against Spanish architecture. The actor, who embodies the cosmopolitan attitude cultivated by the brand, continues to laud the unique appreciation Moncler has for high fashion and quality.
“I love what Madrid stands for,” said Furriel in an interview with Moncler. “It’s full of people from all over Spain and all around the globe, which makes it an extremely friendly city and full of life all year around.’
This collection is no different, merging classic with contemporary, puffed with sleek, soft with hardy and rugged with refined. The dichotomies are boundless yet harmonious, a contradiction cultivated by mixed materials like industrial leather and technical fabrics to which the neutral color palette adds a melodious reprieve. Sporty touches and a metropolitan influence make for a cool and contemporary collection this season.
Furriel has gained national and international recognition for his roles in a variety of dramas and movies in Argentina. In 2016, he won Best Actor in the Argentinian Film Critics Association Awards for his role in El Patrón, Radiografía De Un Crimen, as well as The Boss, Anatomy of a Crime. Furriel’s new campaign with Moncler marks just his latest foray into the world of fashion.
