ASAP Rocky Performs in a Cage During Return to Sweden

Alluding to his arrest back in July, the rapper proudly owns his turbulent past.

After the rapper’s incarceration on charges of assault in Sweden back in July, ASAP Rocky gave a proper salutation to his tumultuous experience abroad with a passionate performance at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm. Shedding light on the past, the ASAP Mob leader dressed in a jumpsuit alongside his crew and mashed inside a cage.

Making his intentions known, Rocky refrained from sharing his feelings towards the Swedish government and instead told the audience: “I didn’t bring you here together so we can talk about Swedish authorities, politics or American politics. I brought you here today for love and unity.”

Before the show, Rocky visited a school in Husby, a developing community and infamous setting of the 2013 riots. After spending time in the town, the rapper took to Instagram to announce that anyone from the immigrant suburb and its surrounding areas would be able to attend his show for free.

Putting his grievances behind him, ASAP Rocky has actually capitalized on his locked-up-abroad times with the release of his own uniform designs and his many attempts to perform for the inmates at the prison where he was placed. Continuing to find the good in a bad situation, Rocky certainly gave Stockholm a night remember. Watch the rapper command the crowd in the video below.
