What would a Balenciaga collection be without black nylon, a denim co-ord set, and streetwear logo basics? Creative Director Demna dropped 80 new looks for the brand’s Winter 2025 collection, which continues to build on the minimalist Balenciaga legacy while adding a few new collaborations along the way.

In the athleisure department, Balenciaga has been investing much of its collaborations into streetwear, having launched a line with Under Armour in November. Now, they are moving to a more relaxed approach in working with Puma. Bathrobes, tracksuit pieces, and polos are more relaxed while still being streamlined, and swimsuits made elegant in the form of “swimdresses.”

Bags, no matter how simple, are also an iconic Balenciaga staple. Emblazoned with the classic sans serif logo, a drawstring bag becomes high fashion when shrunk and is available in bright red, slate gray, and black leather.

A first for Balenciaga, the second collaboration featured in the Winter 2025 installment is with Alpinestars, an Italian motorsport equipment manufacturer. The Demna rendition of the Alpinestars SuperTech R10 Helmet in black high-density carbon fiber is fully functional and engineered for optimal aerodynamics and ventilation. It’s also equipped with a racing spoiler and a modular Shield visor and is paired with a matching pair of spiked and pierced Morph Gloves.
