Banana Republic Reimagines the Capsule Wardrobe

Introducing “New Work” the collection and campaign for February 2026, styled by Danielle Goldberg
Banana Republic represents an expertise of all things craftsmanship, design, and adaptability, now flowing into the newest collection “New Work”. The brand brings workwear to a new place, with an ability to move beyond the classical 9-5. The collection finds root in the tradition of Banana Republic, infused with confidence and authenticity.

The campaign was shot in New York’s West Village, featuring The Cherry Lane Theater and Casa Magazines. The backdrop of the campaign allows for a viewer to imagine themselves, transcending the workplace, exploring the spaces around them while fitted in Banana Republic.

The star of the campaign lies in the styling, imagined by the creative mind of celebrity stylist Danielle Goldberg. Goldberg picked favorites from the collection to style and further breathe life into. The collaboration between brand and stylist will be first featured on socials, through nine looks.

The strongest pieces can be classified as wardrobe essentials, building on the idea of the capsule wardrobe. With cashmere knits, suit separates, classic trends, and trousers, from relaxed to tailored. The Women’s Suede Heritage Military Jacket and the Men’s Utility Reissue Jacket take inspiration from the Banana Republic Archive, reimagining classic designs.
The textures offer a modern take, with 100% cotton, buttery, brushed suede, and heavyweight Tartufo wool blended with linen. The prices for the collection reflect Banana Republic’s dedication to their audience with a range from $60 to $750.
