BCBGMAXAZRIA Is Everyday Chic

Versatility comes with a twist in the Fall 2022 collection

Creative Director Albino Riganello makes his debut with the BCBGMAXAZRIA’s Fall 2022 Signature Collection, an homage to Venice and the Biennale, the largest exhibition of contemporary art since 1895. With a modern approach to femininity, Riganello creates timeless pieces that fall in line with traditional house codes.

“This collection pays homage to the Uber chic Italians soft erotic movies from the 70s and their icons Edwige Fenech, Barbara Bouchet and Zeudy Araya,” Riganello said.

At its core, BCBGMAXAZRIA is for the daring woman, immersed in culture and open to experimentation. Versatility is at the forefront of the brand’s vision, as pieces can be taken seamlessly from day to night.

Biennale-inspired hues complement modern silhouettes signature to founder Max Azria. Neutrals coexist with pops of bright red, soft pink, bold blue, and olive green. Tailoring is key: a pants suit features an open back, a double breasted blazer doubles as a dress, a long-sleeve asymmetrical dress dons an unexpected cutout.

Footwear comes in the form of feather slippers and Mary Jane platforms, rounding out a stunning collection perfect for the fashion-forward woman.

The Fall 2022 Signature Collection was celebrated with an intimate dinner on Monday, April 25 in NYC. Riganello was in attendance, alongside stars including Emira D’Spain, Ivana Korda, Jessica Wang, Katya Tolstova, Kate Bartlett, Mackenzie Macdonald, Sai De Silva, Sophia La Corte, and Tayshia Adams.
