With the warmth of spring finally hitting NYC, Blumarine and Suicoke’s capsule collection of sandals has arrived just in time. 

The collaboration between Italian fashion brand Blumarine and Japanese-founded Suicoke is an unlikely yet exciting match. In pairing Blumarine’s inherent femininity with Suicoke’s practical functionality, the capsule boasts four genderless options that bring a high-fashion aesthetic to performance materials.

The result? Two new versions of Suicoke’s classic MOTO. Developed in two colorways–bubblegum pink and stark black–the sandals come in both flat and wedge styles. 

Of the capsule, Nicola Brognano, Blumarine’s creative director, said: “I have always admired the values of Suicoke… I am therefore very happy with this collaboration which, in my opinion, reflects the ever-increasing attention towards utility proposals, without turning a strong fashion content down.”
