Brandon Blackwood Releases Fall 2022 Collection

The New York-based designer offers his boldest collection yet.

Brandon Blackwood has released their largest collection to date for Fall 2022, including handbags, outerwear, sunglasses, and slippers. The collection features the brand’s highly popular styles like the “Nia” and “Vanity” bags, which have been updated with new materials such as denim, metallic leather, and mink fur. The designer is known for chic silhouettes, which have been reinstated here with the incorporation of invigorating textures.

“I wanted this fall collection to cover all aspects of life; from night time to work,” shared Blackwood. “I wanted to create special moments for each part of the day. We took risks with this collection using materials and techniques that are new to the brand. We are taking our customers on a journey and showcasing our overall growth as a brand.”

The New York-based brand blew up in notoriety in 2020, with its “End Systematic Racism” totes, which stated the brand as a frontrunner in championing equity for Black and POC people. Brandon Blackwood has a proven sense of working the internet, showing off their brilliant social media rollout with the help of digital sensation Joanne the Scammer to promote their Fall 2022 collection. Blackwood’s designs have also been seen on an A-list corral of supporters, including Kourtney Kardashian, Tessa Thompson, Queen Latifah, and Quinta Brunson.
