With the launch of its 2025 Pocket Collection, the Seoul-based label known for its boundary-blurring design language and immersive retail experiences has teamed up with the iconic doll brand to deliver a campaign that’s both surreal and nostalgic.

The drop includes 21 new eyewear styles, headlined by a one-of-a-kind collaboration piece with Bratz and the debut of a special edition doll. To match the hyper-imaginative spirit, Gentle Monster tapped Karina of K-pop supergroup Aespa to front the campaign. Her presence is THE perfect fit.

Take a look and see for yourself how the visuals, fantastic and futuristic, create a dreamscape where fashion toys come to life!

To further this experience, the brand has opened a transportive pop-up experience in the heart of West Hollywood, California. Located at 8552 Melrose Avenue, the Los Angeles space features monumental-sized doll installations, digital art, and displays of the Bratz x Gentle Monster dolls.

The installation is open to the public from May 30 through June 15.

Ahead of the opening, a private launch event was held on May 29, drawing in a crowd of fashion insiders and rising stars. Attendees included the girl group KATSEYE, Iris Law, Anastasia Karanikolaou, Victoria Villarroel, and Danna Paola.

By resurrecting Bratz iconography, Gentle Monster’s 2025 Pocket Collection proves that eyewear drops can be both commercially sharp and wildly imaginative, creating space for play and individuality in today’s high-concept retail landscape.
