Britney Spears Signs $15 Million Book Deal

The pop star is about to share all her secrets.

Britney Spears has had anything but a normal life. From being shot into superstardom, to controlled in an oppressive conservatorship, to being one of pop culture’s most notable people, the star has had her life on display for over a decade. Now, Spears is telling her side of the story in her new book.

After posting a picture of a typewriter with the caption “Shall I start from THE BEGINNING???,” fans became suspicious that a new book was in the works. After a publishing house bidding war, Simon & Schuster have signed the star on for a $15 million book deal. Spears’ deal is one of the biggest of all time, following the Obama’s $65 million deal. In her upcoming memoir, Spears will talk about her life, career, family, and her experience in her conservatorship, which she was recently free’d from.

The book deal comes following her conservatorship trail, and her sister’s announcement of her own book. Jaime Lynn Spears released her memoir  Things I Should Have Said after feuding with her sister online for months. In a now deleted Instagram post, Spears’ wrote “National best seller???? DUH ? …. the timing of your book was unbelievable Jamie Lynn … especially knowing the whole world had no clue what was really done to me!!!!”

Sharing words of love, encouragement, and support, fans of the pop star are ready to hear the full story. A release date has not been announced yet, but fans and admirers of the singer are patiently awaiting its arrival.
