Brooke Candy Announces Release Date for Sexorcism

The shock-value artist and entertainer is set to release her highly anticipated album on October 25.

After much anticipation, Brooke Candy has announced that her debut full-length highly awaited album, Sexorcism, will be arriving on October 25.

The SoCal native recently released two singles, “XXXTC,” featuring Charli XCX and Maliibu Miitch, and “Drip,” with pop goddess Erika Jayne. While looking at the star-studded list of names set to be featured on Sexorcism, it is clear that they all have something in common. Each artist is known for embracing their feminism and sexuality while remaining “fearlessly unapologetic.” The album includes artists from Iggy Azalea, Charli XCX, and Erika Jayne, to Maliibu Miitch, Violet Chachki, and Aquaria.

According to a statement, Sexorcism was created to “reclaim female sexuality, to exorcise it from the confines of a culture seeking to suppress it.” Candy’s message speaks volumes and is much needed in a time where women are under attack every single day.

Candy’s taking her body back from those who believe they are in control of it, and we are living for it.
